My son bought a brand new Chevy Cruze , after 18 months the check engine lights came on. He took it in to find out why and was told his car was out of warranty do to mileage and it needed a new oil filter and oil change...they charged him $160 to diagnose and wanted another $130 for oil and filter! After talking to service and sales for 2 days and given the run around, I am told nothing can be done. Refused to even waive the diagnostic fee...which is a joke. Avoid the used car dealers here at all costs. Not even sure where to begin with their unprofessionalism. Showed up for an appointment and they couldn’t even locate the vehicle! One of their employees has a meltdown over the missing vehicle and keys in front of everyone. The internet pricing is intentionally deceptive, and you’re told you should have read the fine print once they explain the real price is thousands more.
