Once you are off the lot they don’t care if your car is safe or not. I have taken my car in because it was shutting off on the highway with my children in the car! They claim they fixed the issue and was once again brought in and “fixed” again but stating they were unable to duplicate the issue I was having. This time they had my car for a week. I took my car to Jeff Wyler to be repaired after a car accident. I worked with Ike White and he did a great job. He made my experience easy and care free. He took care of all my needs and more. They had my car back within a short period of time. Did a great job fixing it. Ike White took care of everything for me. Will go back and will tell anyone and everyone to go there.

We went with the intention of buying a used Durango and ended up buying the nicest 2019 Kia Sorento SXL anyone there had seen I think with only 2,xxx miles on it. They stand behind what they say and the 3 day exchange policy is no joke. Definitely a good experience, and we will do business there in the future. For used vehicle needs see my buddy Princeton!
Very rude service department at the Kia dealer. We got in a loud verbal argument and they Blatantly ignored anything I had to say. After the argument they came back and said the hood of my 2018 Kia Cadenza that has over 30-40 paint chipping spots was declined to be fixed. Imagine that!! This was even after the first manager said the paint was chipping due to an adhesion problem and would be covered.
