Was extremely disappointed with my experience with used car sales. Purchased a used car for my 17 year old daughter as is where they say they inspect it for safety and drivability. Come to find out the door sensor stays on because the rear frame is caved in (which wasn't revealed to me). THAT IS A SAFETY ISSUE! They will not fix it and say because it was bought as is, it is covered by that clause. RecommendedI purchased a new Dodge Charger last week from this dealership. Haley Beach was awesome to work with, as she was very friendly and professional. The process went about as well as could have been expected considering my situation and how busy they were.
On July 14th, I purchased a 2011 Kia Sportage and since then, I've had nothing but troubles from this dealership. First off, we didn't get the negotiation we were promised. Our sales manager, Randy had to get his boss to negotiate what we wanted. We shook hands on $230/month. Moments later, Randy said "so I see you've negotiated with $235?". Ask for Princeton if you want to buy a used car. He made buying a car an easy with no pressure. Plus he got my dad great deal on a used car. They also use carfax and have a great certified car guatentee
