It’s been two weeks and my trade in is STILL not paid off. I cannot get anyone to call me back. The trade in is no longer posted for sale online so i assume they sold it when they haven’t even paid off my loan. I do not recommend buying from here.

Did not tell me car had a recall, when I called to get the recall fixed they asked me “Has it been in the last 30 days that you got your car?”so if I would have waited would they not have fixed it? And , when is the last time anybody bought a car that didn’t have a full tank of gas? When I said something about it, I was told”It’s got a quarter tank doesn’t it?”
Thanks, JW! I now have an amazing car at great rates... from another dealership. If it weren’t for your awful sales team at Chevrolet, I wouldn’t have visited Kerry Chevrolet in Alexandria driving a brand new Trax for a much better price than you offered me for a Spark!
