I will never do business with this place again. In the past, I had nothing but praise. I purchased a 2017 Camaro from Jeff Wyler Chevrolet a few years ago. The sales team was rude, pushy, and dishonest. The service department WAS fanastic. Unfortunately, when upper management starts destroying the "morale" of their employees, the quality of service provided to customers is drastically affected. Just bought a silverado my salesman Tracy Callahan was very professional and explained everything in great detail. The sales manager was pushy about adding car care packages but eventually got the hint. I’ve had a bad experience before with the used car lot at Jeff Wyler. But, if you’re looking for a new Chevy I highly recommend Tracy as a salesman.
