The only issue we had was the wait after the paperwork was completed. We waited for over 2 hours for our vehicle.

We had a very bad experience, I would never pay over sticker for a vehicle that is stupid and bad business. I've been a long time Kia customer, they just lost me. Greed over customer satisfaction is a horrible business model. Not only were they charging $3k over sticker, they were offering $3500 less than KBB trade in value for our 2015 Sorento. I called other dealerships, they were selling 2020 Tellurides for sticker price. I won't be back, thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time.
Finance department is horrible!! We made a deal on a car, drove home in a loaner while they found the color of car we wanted price was set everything was a go! Drove home 130 miles for them to call and tell me my payment would be more per month. Told them to bring my car back to me. No way was I changing what we agreed on!! Sad part they made the salesman call me back, the finance people didn’t have the nerve to call us. This is the 2nd time we have had issues with their finance department!! Never ever again!!
Great experience from the staff and our salesman Dan Wood was great. Everything is explained and they make sure you understand before you sign anything and before you leave.
