Overall Great experience, Hayden Logan helped me and my family get the Jeep we wanted.
Terrible experience. Once they get your sale, its clear they have no interest in customer satisfaction. It's been over three weeks and I'm still waiting to receive my second key and fob for my vehicle. Nobody will get back to you or has any real interest in helping. Shady sales tactics by the used dealership. Will not be a return customer.

Worst customer service in the history of customer service. Our salesman couldn’t answer any questions. We had to wait 3 hours for someone in finance even though we weren’t financing. We were told the stripe could be taken off then it couldn’t. We were told we had to wait so long on a Saturday because, “they are always busy on Saturday’s”. Four hours later it never occurred to anyone to hire more help. Was never given paperwork for the sale. Called and was told it would be mailed. I’ve had one of the best experiences buying a car in my life. I’m 61 years old and I’ve bought vehicles throughout my lifetime but the experience i’ve had with the car dealer agent Joe Baker at Jeff Wyler has been phenomenal. The one thing that really struck me is that when I was filling out the application they had listed on there at the top of this form make sure that the customer does not wait a longtime and I have never seen it before.
