Jeff Wyler Chevrolet is the best, I purchased an equinox premier 2017 model brand new. I’ve had the best performance from this vehicle and the best service ever from this dealership. I used the app a few days ago to set up an oil change and rotation it was seamless and easy.

My car was brought in for a oil change, after getting home my car had sat in the driveway for a few days. I drove my car to the store and notice it was smelling, popped the hood and the oil cap was never put on!! Oil was sprayed all OVER the inside of my car, I called and left a message with the manager at this dealership and never received a called back, wrote you on Facebook which the message was read and never replied. Attached pictures and all!!!

Wanted to Say - I’m super impressed by the SERVICE CENTER - everyone is upbeat and very professional. MORE IMPORTANT the place is spotless- they had tape down everywhere and lead by example by practicing safe distance. As I was walking in the manager was spraying down the everything in the office/Lobby- I asked what he was doing- “we disinfect every few hours to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.” As an essential employee it was nice to see management taking these steps. Out of town and transmission started to act up. Drove to dealership with no appointment or call ahead. Staff was very helpful and accommodating!!! Within a few hours I was back on the road in a loaner vehicle, the staff went above and beyond (dealing with / fixing another dealerships deficiencies!! My next purchase and all future dealing will be done here!!!!

I took my 2014 Cruz in for an oil change. I did not authorize them to do anything else. About 45 minutes later a tech came to me showing me two filters he felt should be changed! after discussion, agreed to one filter to be changed since it ha an impact on my car..so I paid my bill. when I looked at my bill when I got home..it states I consented to have them do this when I hadn't.
