DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM JEFF WYLER...Bought car in July, took back two weeks later to get rim fixed, two weeks later I still don’t have my car back. After multiple calls to the dealership I was told my car key was stolen and my car was sent to another dealership to have a key made. No one ever called to inform me of this! I was told from my salesman that my car was at another dealership to have a key made, then I was told it was at Jeff Wyler and would be towed to the other dealership. I will never give my business to Jeff wyler terrible service along with bad experience buying a brand new truck with alot of issues and they did not stick up to there name. Offer a trade in with a total loss of over 5k when I contact them same week or two after purchase they said that price took in consideration with all what going wrong. Jeff Wyler your such a joke! Do not Recommend to stay away from this dealership.
First, let me say that I have purchased and traded many cars in my life and this was the first time I have felt so uncomfortable being in a car dealership. We came in to look at your 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude that was on your website for sale price of 49,000. It wasn’t available because the dealer was driving it. So he got us the 2019 one. UPDATE: I received a call from the Fixed Operations Director who expressed sincere concern about our experience. He requested a meeting with me and I met with him this morning. He again apologized for our experience and expressed empathy for the situation.
