went to buy a truck and filled out all paperwork, financial done and they said it was sold out from underneath of me. come to find out Springfield still had it in stock. Columbus location lied, lied and lied.
Beware when purchasing a used vehicle. I purchased a wrangler in January 2020 and have had nothing but problems with it. It’s been in the shop several times to be serviced. I get it back supposedly fixed only to have to return it within a few days to have it looked at again. When I go to a dealership to purchase a vehicle I expect that vehicle to work. Well, I had been looking for a truck for about two or three months and decided to look online. I got pre-approved for a loan and was going to go to another dealer but I was told in my Heart that God's Man would be there to sell me the truck I asked for. Although, we ended up buying elsewhere, I had a great experience there. I read a review from someone who complained they supposedly sold a car from underneath her! They probably had a good reason for doing that to her. Anyone else who had a bad experience didn’t seem to deserve it. That one particular girl, probably did. She probably threatened them and was a complete witch to them. She seems to have it out for everyone (hence I hear her fiancé dumped her because she is so rude and evil.
