Made a purchase from out of state ( Florida ), From the time I first contacted the dealership and spoke with the GM to the salesman Khalin to the finance manage Alex and loading the car on the transporter, the whole process went smoothly. My grandmother and I have been long time customers at Jeff Wyler. I was looking to get into a vehicle yesterday and after the the first 2 vehicles I was interested in ended up being more than I was wanting to pay, James Noel (the salesman) called me to basically bully me into buying something I could not afford. What a poor decision, attempting to use Jeff Wyler to purchase a used vehicle. Quick to make a sale, Andy Wilson gave very poor service, as a sales men and what do ya know? He became a complete jerk when we decided to ask more questions before adding me as a co-signer. Amazing that “well you said word for word that You wanted to buy a car.....” and “well we can’t make xxxx magically disappear” in response to a conversation about negative equity on a lease (this is the first lease we are turning in so these questions were imp... read more
