Just bought a used Forester. My sales person Rachel Riggs was amazing! Set the appointment with her for 12:30, we showed up 15 minutes early and she was waiting on us, had the car ready. From test drive to finance Rachel was with us all the way. We were in and out in 2 hours.

They could give customer estimate before doing repair and then way overcharging. I stopped in for a TPMS sensor and they did repair without giving me price first and without me authorizing repair, then came out and charged me $333.00 for same thing I had done in Lancaster for $64.00, you lost this customer
