BUYER BEWARE - Pay VERY close attention to every detail before signing any paperwork with Janesville Kia or you could be scammed into paying extra money for a protection plan that you didn't ask for and was not disclosed to you. We tried to deal with Janesville Kia to cancel the plan and get our money back and they gave us every excuse as to why we couldn't cancel the protection plan. They intentionally left out half of the paperwork on "how to cancel" the plan. We had to get the bank who lent us the money involved to finall... read more

Dakota is an amazing person to work with when purchasing or leasing a vehicle. He went above and beyond to explore all of my options. Truly a genuinely good person.
They have false advertising claiming that they will pay over KBB value for a trade in but the salesperson, Jalin, didn't even seem to know about it. Despite asking three times to confirm trade in value, he insisted on trying to sell us a vehicle we didn't even want. He even seemed baffled when I told him I didn't want the color he was offering, but he never asked what my color preferences were.
