Kia's timeline. Aug 12, 2019, 9:52 PM I bought a new Sorento on April 11, got suckered into financing to save money (what a scam). In addition, was talked into buying an extended warranty for 1500.00. While waiting for the car to be serviced prior to taking home, was talking to manager and asked if we could cancel that warranty. He said yes. On May 26, called and cancelled the warrany (supposed to get 900 back (another rip off). Told by finance man that it would be applied to the loan. I definitely recommend Kia. The salesman I had, Dakota, was amazing! He along with the finance manager got me into the car I wanted. Which trust me wasn't easy due to my bad credit.
