Horrible customer service. Initially went threre to get a new vehicle, i got an used one, had no choices whatsoever.
I just wanted to drop in and take a quick look at the Niro late one afternoon. Told the two gentlemen that were helping me that I wasn't really interested in buying just now. Had my Kia Sportage serviced last Monday and was very pleased with everyone. I did not feel taken advantage of by anyone, even tho I am a female senior citizen! The service was completed ahead of time, they have a very nice waiting area...TV & coffee!!! The whole complex is immaculate and such a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend,
