Customer service is extremely lacking in professionalism and integrity. Sexist sales manager stated that, "We wouldn't have had these issues if your husband had been there." and "Listen, dear". They claimed that they "disclosed" a transmission fluid leak, which was written on the window sticker; however, when the sales person was questioned about the new lines on the vehicle for the transmission, he was pleased with himself for his omission of whether or not that fixed the problem. We apologize for any confusion, and went over all necessary repairs with you before you chose to purchase the vehicle. That's how you came to the amount you offered to pay for the car. Even though we disclosed the issue we'd still be willing to pay for half of the repair.
Asked for pics cause I'm from out of town and received minimal pics and lo-res. Didn't make it worth the time to make the trip. Salesmen and manager were very prompt and friendly on the phone and emails.
BUYER BEWARE - Pay VERY close attention to every detail before signing any paperwork with Janesville Kia or you could be scammed into paying an extra $2,500 for a protection plan that you didn't ask for and was not disclosed to you. We tried to deal with Janesville Kia to cancel the plan and get our money back and they gave us every excuse as to why we couldn't cancel the protection plan. They intentionally left out half of the paperwork on "how to cancel" the plan. We had to get the bank who lent us the money involved to fi... read more

We apologize for any confusion with the paperwork. Although we do go over all forms with each customer we understand it's a lot of paperwork and people don't buy vehicles all that often. The contract has been cancelled. Sorry again for any confusion. We will use this to re-train our employees and ensure they take extra care with explaining things.

Dakota is an amazing person to work with when purchasing or leasing a vehicle. He went above and beyond to explore all of my options. Truly a genuinely good person.
They have false advertising claiming that they will pay over KBB value for a trade in but the salesperson, Jalin, didn't even seem to know about it. Despite asking three times to confirm trade in value, he insisted on trying to sell us a vehicle we didn't even want. He even seemed baffled when I told him I didn't want the color he was offering, but he never asked what my color preferences were.
Friendly and helpful staff, great selection and a comfortable atmosphere inside the show room.
