bought a suv used from them, its got 100 miles on it from when purchased and now the check engine light is on and it wont run if its cold out, the service suspension light came on on the way home from the dealership, dealer will do nothing to repair it, constantly changing their story as to why not . they did offer for me to spend 4k more dollars for an extended warranty, said paperwork would be ready when we got there waited an hour finally we do paperwork only to find out i needed to have 600 bucks to start this warranty, ... read more

Update to my previous post. I was contacted by the NEW General Manager, Joe Lowe, after posting my previous review. He listened to my experience and agreed to look into the matter. He agreed to pay the remaining balance with KIA Motor Finance because of their mistakes. That was six weeks ago and the balance is still outstanding. I've received my last extension from KIA Motor Finance which is up tomorrow. I am going to pay the balance but I can assure you I will never shop with this group ever again. Chris is an excellent service manager! Got a tour of the facility upon arrival of scheduling service work. I felt like part of the family by the time I left! Would highly recommend them for all of your vehicle needs!
This dealership is going to give you everything you're looking for in an exceptional experience when you are looking to purchase a vehicle. First of all management is first class. The facility is brand new. The brand itself is as good as anything on the market with the best warranty you can get from the manufacturer. I know the GM personally and could assure you if there's any reason you could not rate this dealership a five-star then he will correct any mistake that is the Fault of the dealership.
Very nice staff. Traded in my old Kia and got a new one. Would recommend if you want to trade or just buy new or used. Thanks again.
I took my 2013 Kia Optima in for an oil change and just happened to wonder out into the showroom and fell in love with a 2018 Kia Optima, Matt Stoikes was right there to give me all the details about the car, Matt and Josh Smith were awesome to work with,I really recommend if your in the market for a new car Janesville Kia is the place to go!
