Poor customer service! I feel completely disregarded and like they wasted my time. Talked to Matt the sales manager, he assured me he would have a car available Monday by 3pm. I live in Rockford and had to travel out there with all my kids, dad got called in to work so I was solo. Needless to say I had a long day but wanted to keep my word that I was coming. Went in looking for a car after mine was totaled from an accident and Tristan was very helpful and nice and not pushy . He went out of his way to detail it so I could take it home that same night. I love my Honda Accord ! Everyone there is nice and helpful!
I recommend Kia because of the respect we had been given to us on what we wanted. They don’t try to get you into something you don’t want . They listened 🙂 Amazing people to work with.... most definitely 10 ⭐️’s all the way.

It seems all the Kia dealerships that have access to this car don’t know what to do. The first person I talked to here said I had to talk to the sales manager. After talking to him he said it was sold. Ok fine. Then I get a text from the first person asking if I want this car. Confusing??
