RecommendedStaff were all very friendly and accommodating. Teegan assisted us and he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision in any way, but he very much listened to our needs and responded accordingly. It took three trips (two with two little kids) for me to make the final decision on which vehicle I wanted - and he maintained the same excitement and demeanor as when I first came on the lot. 100% recommend and will do business there in the future.

2012 Used Truck purchased with no haggling and no trade-in, just cash. Had a blown speaker and asked for it to be replaced the day after I bought it. They blew me off. My problem. In three months, the transmission has had to be fixed but luckily Ford covered that. Immediately after the transmission was fixed, the radio including sync and SiriusXM died. Bad control panel. Replacing that myself with a used control panel. No support and they sell junk.
Last weekend I brought my 2018 Optima in for an oil change as I always do when it needs one. While I was waiting I was looking at cars in the showroom. I was greeted by Jalin and we talked about the new K5. To make a long story short, I left my Optima there and drove home in new 2021 K5. Jalin was friendly and very professional and worked to make sure I was happy with the deal. I love the K5. If you want or need a new Kia, go see Jalin, he'll help you get what you need.
Janesville Kia has done a great job keeping me informed and up to date on maintenance of my Optima. The hours of operation help me be flexible in my availability.
Excellent service, walked in told them what vehicle I was looking at and they gave me exactly what i was looking for

We bought our 2016 Kia Sorento from Janesville Kia, and today we had a pretty major (but random) problem with her. I brought her in and spoke to Brock in Service. He took EXCEPTIONAL care of us, and went WAY above what I could have dreamed of. Today, I can honestly say I experienced some of the absolute best customer service I've EVER had, at anytime, at ANY business. Thank you guys, keep up the excellence!
