Great overall experience. Jake was knowledgeable and very conscious of my time. I ended up agreeing to buy the vehicle but needed to return home first to get paperwork for my trade (3hr round trip). When I returned, my new vehicle was ready to go and I just "signed on the dotted line" and I was on my way. Well worth the drive time.
Kia of Janesville contacted me right away. We set up an appointment and I drove home the 2017 Trail Hawk easy as 1,2,3. Thank you all so much.

Purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze in December. Explained that I was pregnant and needed a reliable vehicle with a low payment. Our salesperson said that to sell cars you have to tell people what they want to hear. I am so sorry I did not walk out then. They explained the Cruze just came in and they had not had time to do a full detail, but that they would vacuum it prior to taking it home. They did not vacuum the car but had time to install wheel locks and anti-theft and charge me for it. The Cruze displayed a low oil pressur... read more
