We found everyone we dealt with to be so professional and helpful. We had them come and check our system - we just moved here last May and the house we bought is 46 years old and I think the system we had was original. Josh and Colton were very professional and knowledgeable. We had our sewage pipes replaced and initially hired a different company whom kept delaying and making excuses (for three weeks). We called James Lane on a Monday and Josh and Colton had the sewage pipes replaced and yard back together by Friday. I cannot say enough good things about this company’s excellent customer service and professionalism.
