Had a New Air conditioner unit put in using the HOME DEPOT program. ARS from Dallas Ft Worth installed about 5 years ago. Had a service contract with them $169 a year ( still waiting to get my refund since they stopped servicing this area). A/C went out called James Lane number 2 hours 30 minutes later, A/C is working and a service contract for only $150.00. Thank you James Lane. Awesome job worst thing about it I can’t remember the technician name; the Technician was Outstanding showed my what was wrong and fixed it.

Poor service. They want your credit card before they can guarantee an arrival. Money is their motive. They don’t care about service to our community. Definitely do not call them. I’m a past customer and they did me very wrong! Disgusting business.
Justin Fields did a great job on both my A/Cs. Found problems and fix it fast
Above average in Service, knowledge, courtesy and so willing to help due to the call being an emergency. They were very busy but not too busy to help in an emergency.
