This is the second time we have had to sent an S.O.S. to James Lane this year and was not disappointed. In August our A/C Condenser went out and James Lane was there in no time flat! I've had 3 different experiences with the James Lane staff.... service and new installs. Every team member was amazing! During repairs, everything was explained and options were given. During my recent purchase of new equipment, the sales rep was absolutely wonderful. He listened to my needs, my budget, and my expectations. He made suggestions and gave me options. I highly recommend James Lane!! We had to have some work done and two other big name plumbers in the area left us hanging for months. Within a week, these guys fixed us up and were wonderful. They gained customers for life from me and my family!
James Lane A/C has been the best repair service we've used in the 7 years since we built our home new in the Silver Lakes Ranch exclusive development area of northwest DFW. They were quick, professional, courteous and highly affordable. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone especially in emergency situations.
