I would recommend James Lane to anyone. Jose and Jeremie installed a new HVAC system for me about a month ago. They were very professional and friendly. They were here on time and did a great job.
I used a plumber I don't remember his name I think it was Randy are Ronnie the whole time he argued on his cell phone with his spouse he didn't listen to anything I said .said he would have to come back I told him don't worry about coming back . I woke up Sunday morning to the sound of running water and saw where I had a busted line that was leaking into the wall. I called and a technician had the problem fixed very quickly! Highly recommend and very professional.
So happy to have my new Carrier AC. Robb was a big help in getting me the right AC for my home.He spent time explaining the AC and what I needed. Daniel, Jose, and Jeremy came out and installed it. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend James Lane. They are always there when I need them.

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with James Lane. Initially we had a service visit to have our system checked. We found out our system was installed back in 1984 and was ready to give out at any time! We got a quote the same day the technician came out and once made a decision we had financing and the unit installed within a week! At first, I thought I would get a bid from them along with some others, figuring from what I had heard that they would be the highest. I got a bid from another reputable company in town and James Lane. James Lane beat the other bid, and their estimator Rob took the time to complete the bid on site and was willing to answer any questions and concerns.
