This company installed cheap parts and over charged customers. Gas valve Model 36J24-510 = $114.70 (James Lane charged me $303.00 for this part) and Braeburn Thermostats = $28.60 ( James Lane charged me $176.00). The total James Lane overcharged me on parts was $335.70. I will never call this company for anymore service. I looked at the reviews and trusted them and now I really think this company should not be in business for this kind of highway robbery.
