The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. I appreciate their employees and their professionalism.
Our heater had stopped working. We called James Lane a/c, who sent someone out quickly. He was friendly and soon informed us that he had to order a new part. When it arrived, he returned and quickly installed it. I recommend them to anyone who has hvac problems.
