Employees are always polite, friendly and do a good job. They’ve done our hot water heater, sink work and drain lines. The service call is competitive even during after hours, they saved Thanksgiving Day several years ago for us and lastly, the employees don’t over sell you, being retired I appreciate that.
I will always want Zeb to do all of my air condition work! He values his customers and works till he finds the issue. He is very friendly and explained everything to me. He is definitely a good representative of James Lane Air Conditioning! Thank you for my cool house!
I would like to thank everyone at James Lane for the help in getting my new AC and heating system, especially Mario and Santos for coming out to install the system , they where quick in removing my old system and installed the new one . I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH ALL THE WORK THAT JERMIE AND CORY PROVIDES WHILE I installing our new air conditioner unit. They even vacuumed and cleaned up all the mess that was left over the guys worked great togther will recommended to anyone who is in need of a/c repair or replacement
I have a Trane A/C unit which apparently the filter is not available locally. After struggling to with crummy customer service at Home Depot, Rob at JL helped me, treated me like family and my filters are on the way. Just the kindnesses of someone who knew my system, wanted to help me get what I needed and was so caring and kind I would recommend JL to everyone!
I had a problem with my outside drain not draining. I called this morning and was told they would come tomorrow so I didn't have to pay after hour prices. She said if something came up today she would call. She did call around 3 this afternoon and a young man showed up shortly afterwards. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He said he would have it cleared up in a few minutes and he did. It was so hot out I offered him a bottle of water and he politely declined saying he had a drink in the truck. As usual, my air conditioning went out on a Saturday. I called and got up front pricing to come out and determine what the problem was. The Tech was very personable and even stopped to pet the 2 yapping dogs every time he entered through the front door. Diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me estimate of the work to be done and recommended that if I could wait it out until Monday the cost would be considerably less. Came out the same morning that I called. Both Jeff Boswell and Randall Cockrell were very polite and informative on what they needed to do to correct the problem. I am very pleased with their service. Would give them 5 stars.
