The customer service was excellent and the installation of our new air system by Daniel and Nathan was great, and we would like to thank them for their hard work and dedication while working under hot conditions. They were polite and professional during the entire 5 day installation. We would highly recommend James Lane and the installers Daniel and Nathan.
Could not ask for better customer service! We recently had a water leak and James Lane had someone out in about 30 minutes. We were a little overwhelmed, but the staff from the office to the service technician handled everything so quickly and professionally.
