I have dealt with James Lane for many years. They are always polite, professional and well trained. Just had James Boswell come to my home and perform my semi annual inspection on my A/C. He was quick and thorough. Wore his yellow shoe covers even though I told him it was not needed. I highly recommend James Lane for any of heating, A/C or plumbing needs.

James Lane has been great!! They came right away when my heater broke. The part they replaced broke 2 weeks later I called and they apologized repeatedly. They came right away replaced it with a even better part at no cost to me.. The technicians that came to my house were very polite and friendly. I definitely recommend James Lane to anyone......Thank You James Lane!!!

I have had issues with the main water line to my pre-manufactured home in the past. At 8pm on a Saturday night it busted for the second time. John Dulaney came out to fix it. He was polite and professional and the repair was not just a patch job (like the other company that fixed it last time) but a solid fix. I don't expect to have problems with that line again! Thank you, James Lane.
