Recently took our 2017 Dodge Journey in to be serviced due to a bad transmission less than 90 days after buying it. After it was returned to us we had to take it back in to be serviced again because they damaged the wheel bearings while working on it the previous time. We had a 9:30 appointment time and were promised a rental car. After waiting a half hour come to find out they are out of rentals and we needed to go through enterprise now.
