My sales agent was great, but the service department takes shortcuts. I’ve bought three cars in the last four years from them and instead of replacing my rotors two days after I buy the car they make me wait a extra 2 hrs to resurface them. Knowing I have three kids with me and they don’t have a Rent-A-Car available for over two weeks so I just had to deal with it.

RecommendedThe customer service rep, Tom, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. However, no fault of Tom's, I was not happy that it took 3 days to get new tires put on my car. Otherwise, I have always had a good experience with this dealership.

When we got there, we began to look around and we were approached by our salesman, Scott Constantine.
