Worst service experience I have been through thus far. Made an appointment a WEEK in advance for a recall, and my car was not even seen on the day for which the appointment was made for. Service representative who called to tell me my Jeep was finally finished called 12 minutes before they closed. Unacceptable. They will never get my service again nor will I ever refer anyone. Other family members have also had issues with Jake Sweeney's service department. I should have listened and taken it elsewhere to be worked on.
RecommendedGerry Baggs is so nice to work with. He has a lot of experience and is very patient. Everything went smoothly when he ordered my Wrangler for me. I'm so happy with it.
