Terrible experience with the purchase of two vehicles one month a part. Mike the sales manager is the most unprofessional person we have ever worked with when buying a vehicle. Dropped off our 3 day old vehicle to get detailed and have a few things fixed today before 9am had to tell them we needed it by 4:30 and it came back dirtier than we sent it. Then Mike started yelling at us because we were annoyed that it wasn’t done and they said it was our fault because we didn’t give enough time. SERIOUSLY???

RecommendedI had a great experience at Douglas Tuesday night. My sales person Debby was great very patient with me, we was there way after closing hours. Alan the financial guy was also very helpful and patient. Even today when I went to pickup my 2021 Dodge Charger GT. I had a lot questions about the finance numbers not adding up, he took the time to go thru everything with me even tho they was very busy tonight. Also thanks to Ben? RecommendedPapas dodge has horrible customer service!! Nobody ever returns your calls! Buyer beware! There happy to take calls regarding purchasing a new car once the sale is done. Service Department is 0/10 I have been waiting 4 months to fix a leak. Do not purchase a vehicle here.

Recommendedoh my goodness, I would recommend EVERYTHING about them!! This was an awesome experience for us. I needed to sleep before going to work the night we bought our Jeep Compass and Karen Nay took care of us!! Less than 2 hours and we were out the door with our Jeep!! I would and have already recommended them to friends and people that have asked where we shopped. My husband is very happy and that is a difficult feat to obtain. Thank you so very much!!
