Worst customer service ever! I’m a Kentucky resident, so the dealership was supposed to mail me the title and check for taxes via certified mail. My temporary tag expires in 2 business days, and the letter is no where to be found. The dealership will not give me the tracking number for the certificate letter, and said there’s basically nothing they can do. I have called at least 10 times trying to get someone to talk to me with no luck. I even spoke to Kevin (some big shot there), and he said he can’t help me.
They don't even deserve one star. I was lied to over and over and over again. I'll be speaking with my attorney first thing Monday.
Great service and friendly environment all around. Will definitely recommend this place to any friends or family in the future!

Zero stars. You have my phone number if you want to make this right. If not, well I won’t be buying another vehicle again from you. I’ve purchased 3 in the past. Next time I’ll give my business to Ford, Honda, Chevy, Toyota, really anybody but you.

I just have to say I went in and had work done on my car and everyone I came in contact with was very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining to me what I needed to know. The staff was very friendly and I will 100% be coming back for my future car needs!
Great customer service!!! I would recommend anyone to go see Dwayne Smith when purchasing a vehicle. He won’t steer u wrong that’s for sure! Between my busy work schedule and two busy boys he made it possible for me to get into a brand new black 2018 Dodge Journey!!! I love my new car and now have no worries.
