I've went to so many places with my cars over the years, but I recently came here and loved it! I feel so comfortable that they know what they are doing. I will never go anywhere else! The service dept & most importantly manager Chris engle, is rude, nasty unhelpful & after having my car serviced there last year the same issue has started again I was told bring it in, they don't know how long it'll take and if I need transportation I'll have to rent a car by the day. He said I will not help you in his own words. This isn't my first time dealing with the service departments rudeness. I definitely won't have anything to do with them. Horrible service. The manager Todd Ohnmeis is the most unprofessional salesmen I've EVER met. When I was working with one salesmen and we couldn't agree on a price Todd came in and tried to "close the deal" only to tell me maybe I should be looking for another car, when I said I would goto another Dealership to do that he laughed at me as I was walking out. Why does it always have to be so hard to get a problem diagnosed less than two or three revisits? Fix every thing but the thing I bring my car in for. Soooooo frustrated!
