my salesman was great.service for maintenance on my vehicle I have nothing good to say. they have misled me on my warranty, treated me with disrespect, didn't follow thru with my warranty I paid for. I have pictures of my wiring problems that they did not fix. an employee treated me unfairly, I complained and their excuse was that she was not feeling well that day. and this is a family business. NOT!
RecommendedI was very pleased with their Service Department today when I dropped in with an issue with my Grand Cherokee and had no appointment. My Service Advisor was exceptional. He got right on the problem and even suggested a cheaper option to fix my issue. They got my Jeep fixed in short order and I was on my way. Service Advisor kept me informed every step of the way.
