Customer service is complete trash. Walked around for 15 mins and not a word said to me. I guess if you don't look over 30 you can't afford a car. Even after I asked for help still nothing.

Worst service department ever!!!! They just flat out don't do their job. Had my car for 8 hours and not one phone call from them. Had to call them three times and they said work couldn't be done until next day., and that was after the third phone call. I think they need to look up the definition of appointment and communication!
Excellent customer service! From the moment we stepped into the dealership, their handholding of clients was impeccable. Their place may not be as fancy as compared with the other dealerships, but hey, I'm after the assistance, the expertise and the great deals after all. As first timers in leasing, this was indeed a great experience for me and my husband. Great job!
