I took my car to Jake Sweeney for service and they were amazing! Their staff was very nice and helpful and I wouldn't go anyplace else!
Just terrible they lied to me when I bought my car they lied to me about what their oil changes cover told me to get what they promised me I would have to pay for it. Now my car is having problems and even though I bought their extended warranty that it still might charge me $100 just to look at it. Their serious manager Rob was rude when I was trying to understand why a car under 50 thousand miles is having issues and said there is no promises and will probably charge me $100 just to look at it
I bought a jeep wrangler unlimited back in may and its been in the shop for 20 days the service manager was very rude and they told me not having working airbags is not a safty issue. They are a big joke. I was in contact with a sweeney over the issue and he keeped promising me he would call me back and will he never did. This will be the last time ill ever buy from them.
