We had a very BAD experience at Fred Martin Superstore yesterday! Absolutely wouldn’t recommend.

I made it to the dealership about an hour before closing on a Saturday and Tony was already super busy with two other deals, but he was great bouncing between customers and getting the car ready for me to look at and take take delivery of. RecommendedI was looking under my Dodge Caliber one day, and I saw my K-frames were rusted. I looked online, and I saw this is a common problem; I also saw Chrysler carries a ten year extended warranty on them. Knowing I had other recalls on it anyway, I called Carlock and told them my troubles. My recalls were fixed right away, as the parts were readily available (this was in late May), but the K-frames were not. They shipped the car without papers, every day saying we overnight the papers, dealer manager was rude and refused to give us the papers tracking. don't deal with them

According to the tracking number which you were provided, you received the paperwork shortly before you posted this. There were two reasons for the slight delay: 1. you paid with an out of state check instead of wiring the funds. 2. There was an ice storm near your home state that delayed Fedex.
