Terrible experience, purchased a 2002 tahoe for 8000.00 3 weeks into having it both hub bearings break. Took it back to Jake Sweeney and they said they were completely rusted. Well didn't you guys see that when you inspected the vehicle? I guess not! So they told me it would be 1000 to pay to get them replaced and that they would take care of the labor so I only had to pay 750.00. Went there to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the sales representative would not disclose my trade-in value. Had to wait until the closing documents were prepared to see what they were offering. During the closing, I also discovered that they also added a $3000.00 warranty into the deal. I cancelled the deal and asked for my $2000.00 deposit back. Last week I unexpectedly needed a new car. I wasn't looking forward to car shopping and thought it would take all day, but to my surprise I had a good time shopping here. What can I not say about Jake Sweeney.......AMAZING!!! My wife went up the day before us going down there to talk with Mike(an amazing salesman himself) and she wanted to surprise me with my 2016 Dodge Challenger. Well Mike was up to the task and did a fabulous job. There was only one problem when he went to go pick up the car it had a dent in the rear quarter panel, so what did he do, put on his Superman cape and went to work. I have bought my last 5 cars from Jake Sweeney Jeep, from Mike Jr. Sunderman. Not only have I received the best customer service, I get all my service for the cars there as well. They make me feel like family and their service guarantee is solid.
Worst customer service. The service department is a hot mess, very unorganized.
