The service department at Hoover is dishonest and antagonistic. I was told I needed service done to my car that is not recommended by Mopar, and when I told the service advisor I didn’t want the non-recommended items performed (totaling more than $300), he told me he would make a note in my service record and any future problems could invalidate my extended warranty. RecommendedI had an amazing sales person Miguel!! I traded in My 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude. He was very knowledgeable and was upfront on the pricing. He got the rebates and numbers where they needed to be for me to purchase. He made sure I was very comfortable and I never felt like he was to busy to answer my questions. He has made several follow up calls to make sure everything is still going good. I LOVE ❤️ my new Jeep!!!!

After bringing my car in for an engine light on, they said it was fixed after five hours of service. Two days later the engine light came on again and then I had to bring it back and now they say it’s probably a different issue which will probably cost me more money. This is the worst service department I’ve ever experienced in my entire life and I would never buy a car from here again and would recommend that anybody else does not do so as well. Whatever happened to customer service?
