Do not ever buy a car from this company or this dealership Chrysler Town and Country only terrible automobiles but the customer service I am receiving on the recall for my car and the way I was spoken to on the phone is completely uncalled for today I will never do business again with Jake Sweeney and I will never own a Chrysler vehicle again as long as I live for the service will make sure to never refer anyone to you
I will never buy another vehicle there again. I've bought 3 jeeps from them and the last one I purchased brand new, put $15,000 cash down on it. They had a stereo put in it and ever since it hasn't worked right. I have tried to get it fixed but they just don't care. You'd think after a person bought 3 vehicles, put over $25,000 cash down they would be a little more customer friendly.
my car been there twice 3 to 4 days later you get your car back what started out as very minor oil turn into major oil leak after they fixed it not impressed at all....

Extremely Dissatisfied with experience of purchasing a Used car with you - I have never experienced so many Issues - And Managers of departments don't answer their phones and leaving messages are pointless because they never respond. The only Manager I was ever able to get any assistance out of was Todd your Internet Sales Manager. I won't recommend anyone to this dealership - Nothing but Problems
The repair department will scam you out of your money please beware.
