Disclose what your lease deals are instead of partial disclosure on the web site. Like the ram lease for 169 month. So I click on the disclosure and it says, Lease for $169/mo. for 24 months w/$1999 down. 10000 miles per year. PLUS TAX AND FEES. Ok fair enough, Then I arrived at the dealer . To be eligible for this promotion you must also be trading in a truck lease, and be active military and we only have one truck on the lot with that deal. Totally unacceptable & awful service!!! Oil change & flush of fluids - told wait time was 1.5 hours, turned into 3.5 hours. Finally asked about it after 2.5 hours....was told about 25 more minutes, which turned in to 60 mins. Did give 10% off, but my 2 hours is worth more than that.
No... DO NOT do business with them I will never do business here again.... worked out deal over phone... arranged to finalize deal.... and YOU sold car before I could get there to finish deal!!!!! WRONG WAY TO DO HONEST BUSINESS!!!! I will be sure to advertise how you and your so called salesmen do business!!!!!!
Transmission went out on a 2016 Jeep 7000 miles after warranty. Service dept qouted a said they could help with $2000 dollars of almost $7000 dollars in repairs. Went through Chrysler Fiat Customer Service and after 3 weeks of no action. Customer Service offers $1500 dollar assistance and Service Manager pulls is original offer of $ 2000. They dont stand behind their product or their customers. We will not purchase another Chrysler product or buy from Jake Sweeney again.
