I was working with the sales rep Yung Le for the last month. I have shipped my 2011 Jaguar XJL w/ 85K+ mils on it from out of state to make deals with this location. The sales rep said there was no problem with the mileage or year of the car and that they would buy it. When I get to the dealership they extended an offer to buy the car but later the GM? came back and said they can not honor the offer to buy and can only do a trade even after they put it in writing. Terrible customer service in the service department. When scheduling my appointment I was quoted a 3-4 hour time frame for an oil change. Upon arrival at 9:15 am my husband was told that my car would be ready by 5-6 PM! When I called to explain that my husband drove 1.5 hours to the dealership and that he hadn't planned on being in Houston ALL day I was basically told that there was nothing that could be done and my car would be ready by 5 or 6 PM. 8 hours and 15 minutes later my car was finally ready!
