Service was great, easy to get an appointment, my service advisor (Kris) is always friendly and calls me just as soon as he has updates on my car. I also used the shuttle service and the driver was friendly and a good driver.
We purchased a Land Rover in September this year. We love our car. After several issues surfaced we contacted the Land Rover Central. I would like to give a shout out to Michael Quinones and Dexter Taylor. Michael took over the servicing piece and was always on point communication wise. Just bought a 2016 LR4 HSE. love it! The sales rep AJ was fantastic. Only issue I had was with the finance manager that was there. I was told he normally doesn’t work at the central location and I didn’t catch his name. He told us that they do not do out of state financing (they do) and he was just a straight up dick with attitude. I had already been pre approved with my bank in AK with a good interest rate. Excellent service and Michael Quinones is the best!!!
Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had from a service department of any dealership. They put me on hold for extended periods of time with every call. My service rep does not answer nor return calls in a timely manner. Nor did his supervisor. I have had numerous issues already with a 3 month old 2019 Range Rover sport with seemingly little concern from the service department. Based on my experience thus far I strongly recommend not buying a vehicle here.
