The service advisor Eric was patience, professional and didn't hesitate about going the extra mile to satisfy. I was in Houston for 4 days my car stalled and the battery light came on. Considering this was a situation that needed immediate attention. Momentum Jaguar was booked up and recommended calling Jaguar Houston Central. Houston Central squeezed me in , Eric even volunteered to get my daughter to her doctor's because we were running late, due to the car situation . Thanks Jaguar Land Rover Houston Central.

This dealer pulled the typical bait and switch on me. I made a trip there to buy a vehicle they advertised (2012 Mercedes ML63) and was told it was in the body shop and would be back the following week. i called ahead the following week and was told the vehicle never came back from the body shop and had been sold. Shady. Very very poor customer service.

Bought a Range Rover Sport CPO. Within a week I had to take it back. One key fob was not working, it was not aligned properly and wipers were not replaced nor did they fill up the wiper fluid reservoir. Three weeks after that, a change brake pad sensor warning came up. When I called my sales person, he told me that was a service issue. When I called service, they said it was a sale issue and that it was not covered under warranty. Incredible service team!! They treat me & my family like royalty!! They are fair, kind, accommodating & trustworthy! We have a 9 yr old son with special needs and our schedule can be crazy at times. My sales guy cesar was nice. He helped us out but when we got home after being there for 8 hours we noticed there was a missing part. On the top of the car. I emailed him right away and sent pictures. And then it took them months to even call me that the part was ready. And when I showed up there they said the part was not there.
