Terrible customer service. Very bad communication, there’s always a mix up of some sorts. My 2018 Evoque has also been in the shop 3 times in less than a year. I will never purchase another Range Rover ESPECIALLY from here.
These clowns play games all day long. Worst service I ever encountered from a car lot. From Abraham telling you about his tradition from some third world country in Africa (which has nothing to do with me and a truck). To Judy giving you attitude making her late to a wedding. I simply do not have that kind of time to be fooling around with these clowns all day. The dealership has went downhill over the last couple of years. I have been a customer for five years and trying to get a service appointment is almost impossible. For some reason the service advisors quit constantly, so you never know who to contact. I have tried to call several times over the last couple of months, and can’t even get a service advisor or supervisor to call back. It’s sad, it used to be a great place to get your jaguar serviced, now it’s just a hassle.
I do not recommend their service. They damaged my vehicle and now they will not return my phone calls. I have sent photographs and requests for contact. It has been more than a month. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them at a total of $200,000.00 plus service, tires, brakes, etc. Apparently they are unaware that there are other Range Rover dealerships.
Very poor customer service they never call back
