The wait is too long for oil change when you have appointment, I was not acknowledged upon coming in for my appointment, then had to wait until Mike was done with a sale for another customer..... if I didn't ask a random person who told me he'll help after he finishes what he's doing.... I would not been acknowledged at all.... you guys must do better..... I've had many cars and customer service has never been this bad.
I had a great experience with the service department during my 30,000 mile maintenance check. They took my vehicle right away and returned it when promised. MrZaire explained what was done and recommended what to look for prior to my next visit (tire wear).
