Not satisfied at all. Was notified multiple times my car needed "Manufactures Required" service, so made an appointment which I was unable to make due to health issues. A week later I had a tire go flat so I made another appointment to take care of what was needed. Amanda was my contact and she was good at getting me in and explaining to me I really "Did Not" need service at this time and she would have the tire looked at. This dealership is not upfront with it's customers. Bought an "accident free" 4Runner, brought it home, and found rear bumper damage. Quote to fix is $1200. They did nothing when I emailed and called about their lack of honesty!
Awful paint Touchup up job! That lady is no good! I had bubbles everywhere! Air nozzle was missing from wheel! Remotes keys do not open doors! Not recommending !

Excellent customer service from sales and the service department. Staff is friendly and polite, and the check in and check out process is quick and efficient.
Chevine McLemore was awesome. He helped me in getting a good deal on audi s7. Craig Holland who is the sales manager was very helpful as well. I am out of state so they arranged for a notary public to come to my house to sign all the documents. Chevine sent me a video of the car and answered my questions in best possible manner. This dealership has the best deals throughout the country. Would definitely buy from them again.
