Worst service department EVER. I paid over $900 for the "premium" 15,000 mile service. It was supposed to include an alignment. They forgot to do it and I have to pay to get my alignment done at NTB the next week. Seriously? I contacted the manager. He did NOTHING. You guys are pathetic!
An amazing experience buying my new Range Rover Evoque... Elton Love and his team gave me 10-star service (too bad there aren't more stars in this review!), and I ended up with my dream car at an incredible price!! We worked with Rick McQuillin and thought he was the right degree of a sales professional. He had a plethora of Jaguar knowledge and did not pressure us with a deal.
