Service staff does not return phone calls, 2018 F PACE with 26K Miles and already two major issues, leaving me stuck with NO car for 2/3 days. WORST CAR I have ever owned, and AUTO NATION is not customer service oriented at all, STAY AWAY

Nice facility, very racial and judgmental staff! My entire family felt stereotyped the moment we stepped out of our vehicle. Richard sent down to greet us, was very rude and rushing. He failed to allow us any time to even review the vehicle in its entirety. Told us Bye because he was ready to go home. Matt failed to acknowledge the failure of his staffs professionalism.
