No service. All sales but 1-2 star service.. they have NO loaner vehicles and sell a tire care package that has extreme terms and conditions linked to it. I provided these people every chance to make it right for me. They did not
I have had the pleasure of dealing with them two different times. When we purchased the vehicle, Donna our sales person was amazing. Since then, I have added an item to the vehicle that I felt would complete the vehicle and Ricky Larson in service took great care of my car and was able to get me an unexpected loaner for a few hours. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Land Rover Houston Central.
We recently purchased a land Rover Discovery in December 2018. We have made numerous calls and emails to our sales rep and the dealership about getting our second key and the owners manual. It is now going to be March and we have yet to get a response back. Honestly the customer service is not great..
