Honestly!!! I have never been so disrespected!!! This location is definitely subpar. NO CLASS!!! I arrived early before my appointment for my NEW JAGUAR to be Serviced and because I was BLACK (of course) the Standard I received was not that I would expect of Jaguar!!! Others (Whites) were shuttled immediately. I was told I had to wait. But in ALL HONESTY the Service Manager Joey stepped up to drop me off. A 2 hour Service ended up being 5 hours AND THEY MADE ME CATCH AN UBER BACK TO MY CAR!!! 🤔 Ummm I wonder why??? (Blk) I ... read more
The service department is awful. When we bought my sons car they added a "required" warranty to the contract. We took it in about a month ago to have 2 rims repaired and got it back in worse condition. They put a horrible scratch on one of the rims. They tried sending my son on his way with no mention but he is very detailed. They have since tried fixing their mistake 3 times to no avail. When my husband went to pick it up it has a horrible shake when you hit 60 MPH and the rims are still not right!!!!
The service department sucks
My sales Guy AJ Woods was great and I would most certainly go to him again...ooh wait I did...bought a second car from AJ and again he picked out one that was perfect for me!!!
