Honestly!!! I have never been so disrespected!!! This location is definitely subpar. NO CLASS!!! I arrived early before my appointment for my NEW JAGUAR to be Serviced and because I was BLACK (of course) the Standard I received was not that I would expect of Jaguar!!! Others (Whites) were shuttled immediately. I was told I had to wait. But in ALL HONESTY the Service Manager Joey stepped up to drop me off. I would also like to thank Andre Butler for spending over an hour fixing my problem with my Jaguar Remote Button. He was very patient and I am very happy that I can use my Remote Control again.
