I had such a great experience at J West Jewelers. I took one of my mothers diamond in to be reset and they did a beautiful job! I had pictures, so many pictures, and Cassie worked with me to design something that is exactly what I wanted. It turned out beautiful. I now have a ring that I love and I think my mother would love, too. Thank you Cassie and Joe. You guys are amazing.
Kelly is amazing and so creative. She helped us design an upgrade to my wedding ring while maintaining the sentimental value of our original ring. Then she created a custom stack to represent each of our children. I’m so in love with this ring!!!! My husband knows to “just go see Kelly” if he’s ever looking to surprise me 😍😍.
